Spencer Woodstock is an associate at Fasi & DiBello who joined the firm shortly after passing the Florida Bar in 2020. Currently, his practice is focused on premises liability, products liability, and commercial litigation. Mr. Woodstock has also developed significant experience in employment law through legal internships, ranging from federal Title VII discrimination and harassment claims to wage and hour disputes under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Mr. Woodstock has gained valuable experience handling and developing a diverse assortment of cases from inception through trial. Mr. Woodstock has zealously and successfully represented a Fortune 500 Company in premises liability matters, obtaining successful final judgments at both the state and federal level. For example, Mr. Woodstock played a significant role in obtaining a jury verdict finding no liability in a negligence action where plaintiff sought $1.3 million in alleged damages, and recently obtained summary judgment in favor of national retail store in federal court.

Mr. Woodstock received his Juris Doctorate from Florida International University and earned several academic distinctions throughout law school. At FIU, he earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Book Award in First Amendment and made the Dean’s List while also serving as a Director for the Black Law Student’s Association (BLSA) and a Student Ambassador. As a director for BLSA, Mr. Woodstock played an integral role in conducting the association’s “Law Student for a Day” program which sought to empower and encourage at-risk and marginalized youth in the community. Prior to transferring to FIU Law, Mr. Woodstock attended law school in North Carolina where he ranked in the top 10% of his class, made the Dean’s List each semester, won the intra-school Moot Court Competition, sat on the Moot Court Honors Board, and was a member of the school’s Honor’s Program. Mr. Woodstock is an avid fan of Arsenal Football Club and a proud Jamaican, hailing from Kingston, the country’s capital. He eventually migrated to the United States where he played Division 1 soccer at the University of South Carolina Upstate and earned a Bachelor of Arts in English before starting his journey to become an attorney.
