David’s practice focuses on the defense of corporations in high-profile, multidefendant product liability matters. He has represented manufacturers in cases involving negligence, strict liability, conspiracy and fraud claims. He is familiar with all stages of litigation from the initial pleadings through trial and appeal.

He has served as trial counsel for Philip Morris USA Inc. in smoking-and-health litigation, and has served on more than 15 trial teams representing cigarette manufacturers in wrongful death and personal injury lawsuits. He has also been responsible for monitoring litigation in multiple jurisdictions in Florida, with several comprising more than 100 cases.

Prior to joining Fasi & DiBello, PA., David was a partner at Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P. in Kansas City, Missouri. During his more than 15 years at Shook, David served as a practice managing partner for Shook’s Product Liability Litigation Practice group and was a member of the firm’s mentoring task force.
