Mr. DiBello focuses in general commercial litigation, contract disputes, landlord/tenant litigation, construction litigation and real estate disputes. Mr. DiBello also has extensive experience in Tort and Product Liability defense and Medical Malpractice defense.
Mr. DiBello has represented national and international clients such as Guinness Mahon and Co. Limited, a British banking concern, DuPont Mexico S.A., Unilever Latin America, Cuervo Tequila, Vivendi Universal, AMEC Construction, JCDecaux Airport, Inc., Transatlantic Bank, and Coex Coffee International in sophisticated commercial litigation matters. He was also part of the senior team of lawyers representing George W. Bush in the 2000 election litigation against Al Gore.
Mr. DiBello practices extensively in Florida state and federal courts in matters involving general commercial litigation. He advises on actions for fraud, breach of contract, construction and collections work. He has extensive jury and non-jury trial experience and has conducted hundreds of depositions and evidentiary hearings. Mr. DiBello has achieved countless favorable rulings for his clients, both plaintiffs and defendants alike.
Prior to forming Fasi & DiBello, P.A., Mr. DiBello practiced for 20 years at his own commercial litigation firm and was a partner in the Miami Office of Gass Weber Mullins LLC. Mr. DiBello began his career as a commercial litigation attorney with the international law firm of White & Case, LLP, where he worked for over ten years
